Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different areas of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Further images released as part of the continuing investigative process.
